Introduction

Welcome to the CPD Submissions tab. On this tab, you will find help and guidance on what to expect when your CPD record is called for review. CPD became mandatory for all pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in 2005 under the Code of Ethics, and the Society has now started calling records for review.

Under ‘Compulsory Standards’, you will find a breakdown of the CPD standards which your entries should comply with from 1st March 2009 onwards.

Under ‘Submission questions’, you will find some commonly asked questions about CPD submissions together with their answers.

Under ‘Documentation’, you will find the guidance sheets which we send out as standard to all pharmacists and pharmacy technicians when we ask for their CPD record.
