In this section, you will find the four guidance sheets we send out with your notification letter, in case you have lost yours, or are simply curious about what you will need to do when you are called for review.
You can also find form CIRN1 (which you should fill in if you will have gaps in your record e.g. due to an extended period of absence from work up to 12 months) and form CSE1 (which you should fill in if you need an extension to your deadline). Please read the small print on these forms carefully before you fill them in and send them to us.
